Xanita X-Board®
Xanita "upcycles" waste cellulose fibres from recycled kraft paper and sugar cane bagasse, turning this into high-strength, lightweight, non-toxic, low density fibre board, commonly specified by designers and used by exhibition and set-builders, printers, display manufacturers, joiners, furniture manufacturers, builders, yacht builders, coffin manufacturers, shop fitters and more.
Unlike other engineered wood which is typically dumped as landfill post-use, Xanita boards can, in their raw or industrial inkjet printed form, be completely repulped back into kraft paper, for re-use. Xanita boards contain no toxic urea formaldehyde.
X-Board® Plus (XB+) - a revolution in environmental board manufacture
X-Board® Plus consists of precision engineered, high density, post-consumer recycled kraft paper and bagasse fibre waste, manufactured into a high-strength, VOC-free, closed-cell honeycomb board.
Outer skins such as MDF, particleboard, Masonite or plywood are bonded to both sides of this honeycomb board, creating a lightweight composite panel, which can be direct edge banded without infill panels.

For longer-term POP displays, X-Board® Plus panels can be decorated with any FSC certified timber veneer, melamine-faced MDF or high-pressure laminate.

X-Board® Plus Melamine
Consists of 4mm MDF Melamine skins, bonded to the core to achieve thicknesses of up to 60mm in 2400 x 1200 finished panel ready for processing. Melamine panels are ideal for office furniture, shelving systems and RV’s.
